7th Grade Concequence Ladder
Earned consequences: We follow the school procedures for discipline. The seventh grade team of teachers have set a consequence chart. Earned consequences are as follows:
1st Earned consequence: Redirect
2nd Earned consequence: Redirect

Certain disciplinary infractions may result in an immediate office referral. Any constant disruption from any student will result in a meeting with the student and his/her parents to discuss his/her behavior habits. My goal for this class is to have an environment conducive to learning, not to punish students. I will try my best in getting to know each one of you and look forward working with you.
**Threating, physically or emotionally damaging behavior will result in an automatic office visit.
**Leaving class without permission will result in an automatic office visit.

Homework Policies
Homework Help:
I am available almost all Monday's, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after school, and Monday, Thursday and Friday at lunch, for homework, and study help. Students can stop in any of those days. It's always a good idea to ask me in advance so I can make sure I will be there.

Homework Policy:
In order to foster student growth at all levels, all math students in grades 6-8 are required to do a minimum of 60 minutes of IXL (www.ixl.com) or Think Through Math (http://www.thinkthroughmath.com) per week. These are computer based math programs that have been proven to increase growth in students who use them regularly. Students will be bringing a letter home in the first weeks of school explaining how they will be expected to use these programs. Students will also be given other homework directly related to classroom learning and PBL’s. For more information, please contact me.
